Refund policy

We want you to love your AMAYCIA pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item for a refund.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Complete with all original tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as AMAYCIA is not liable for returns lost in transit.

All returned items undergo a quality inspection. If an item does not meet the conditions listed above, a refund will not be issued and the item may be returned to you.

To initiate a return, please email info@amaycia.com with:

• Your Order Number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges

AMAYCIA does not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you wish to receive a different size, colour, or product, we recommend placing a new order immediately to secure the item you want — especially during periods of high demand when styles may sell out.

You may then return your original item for a refund, provided it meets our return conditions listed above.

This approach ensures you receive the correct item quickly and avoids delays associated with traditional exchange processing.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your returned item arriving back to us. Once processed, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
